Today’s the day .......................... to be transported 

It was only a brief overnight stop in Kendal – because the next day, we were off to Wales.  Will had long wanted to show our French friends, Marc and Marie Claire, his native homeland and we had five days to give them a flavour of what it was all about. 

And what better way to start than by taking them to a concert given by the International Welsh harpist, Katrin Finch.  We were lucky enough to have got tickets for her performance at the Theatre Stiwt in Rhosllanerchgrugog - part of her tour to promote her new CD called Tides.

Her performance, and that of her supporting musicians was quite, quite magical.  We felt so privileged to be there to experience at such close quarters her musical genius.  We really were transported to another world - a wonderful night ..........................
