Today’s the day ............................ to fight with the masses

I suppose it was because it was the Bank Holiday weekend – or maybe it was because the threatened strike on the railways had already started messing up train timetables.  Whatever it was, our train journey from London Euston back home to Oxenholme Lake District was horrific.

In fact, I’m just going to draw a veil over it all – and show you these lovely clematis flowers that were waiting for us in the garden sunshine, when we eventually arrived home ...........................
