Well and truly christened.....

Spent the morning sorting out the last lot of cows and calves ,then put them out to the grass. I use the term loosely ,as there is very little grass in any of the fields yet. We need some heat,and there has been a shortage of that in May ! Ran them along to the field at lunch time,an hour later we had a heavy hail shower!
This was my land rover after we brought cattle in on Monday for the vet. The limousin cow and I had differing views on which direction she was heading. Result -Limousin cow 1, Landrover wing 0. I suppose it's done quite well for here,over 2 years old and that's the first bash (and likely it won't be the last ! )
