TRZESCIANKA

Trzescianka  is an old Ruthenian village with beautiful wooden architecture. It has preserved it's 16 th Century layout which is under conservator's protection. This shot shows part of the roof of the village church.
This was our change over day. We moved from the Bialowieza forest area to the Biebrza Marshes, another long dayof travel but we stopped several times to look for bird on the way. One site had a tree in which 12 White -tailed eagles flew in to roost!
