FIELD POPPY (Papaver rhoeas)

I took this picture on our dog walk this morning. We spent a couple of hours doing some serious gardening, removing shrubs that were being overcrowded and edging around a very large flower bed. We also spread bark chips to help stop the weeds growing.
We walked the dogs again in the afternoon.
