DAY ONE

And Blip star Kendall is Here! Really she is! www.blipfoto.com/entry/2047456470894641444 - all the way from Oregon (USA) and I recognised her from her Blip profile picture, across a (very) crowded Salisbury Market Square. We weren't supposed to be meeting up until tomorrow lunchtime.

She said that the flight and journey over was very tiring and that is why she hasn't Blipped for a few days. She and Sue watched the free open air singing and then I think they were going to their accommodation - whilst I -

- I, well, I went on to snap my favourite Salisbury band, The Intercepteurs. A number of pubs featured local live bands and I took zillions of John, Helen and all the other guys and gals that make up this eight, or was it nine, piece ska-punk outfit.

My Blip is one of John (lead singer, pictured) literally being attacked by the Festival Press photographers. They invaded MY space and came into my view, but I liked the result and with hundreds of photos still downloading, I thought it'd make a good Blip.

I'm expecting that I'll be meeting up with our Oregon Blipper friend tomorrow at some point. She said that she wasn't aware that the Festival was on and now that she has found it to be, wants to see some of it - and I don't blame her!
