I treated myself the other day - a lovely new Hosta.

Training day today - very interesting training and even better it was presented by 2 trainers that interacted well with their attendees. The training was not the best subject - DASH (domestic abuse, stalking and harassment) and & MARAC (multi agency risk assessment conference) - but one of those subjects that has to be spoken about to protect people.
