Friends

Visit to my mum today as usual, she was happy although couldn't understand what the hairdresser wanted her to do so didn't have her hair done. We've come up with a work around for her hair and the home are going to give it a go. Spoke with her GP today and following discussion with my sister and brother, agreed that a DNAR (do not attempt resuscitation) form will be signed in the case of a cardiac arrest. Whilst it felt the right thing to do it feels weird making such a big decision. GP agrees with our decision.

After last weeks disappointing weigh-in, put my head into gear (support from friends/family helped) and managed to loose a pound this week. Back on track ........... at last!
