Fisherman's Bothy

This slightly dilapidated building next to the Dee on Riverside Drive is the Fishermans' Bothy. I not a very inspiring building architecturally, and it looks abandoned, though occasionally I have seen a car next to it, so it is still in use from time to time. When the river is particularly high the bothy finds itself in the Dee.

Today was a Cosmo sitting day. And when I took the photograph we are down next to the river with Cosmo. This seems to be one of her favourite places. she likes to run around, meet lots of other dogs, and occasionally chase a seagull.

Cosmo's owner was visiting Ikea, and came back with a new cushion for Cosmo. She seemed to approve of the new acquisition and immediately tried it out, I think it was satisfactory. We stayed with Cosmo until the evening, and despite having been out quite a bit during the day she was quite lively at least until the time we left.
