Woodland stroll

After lunch N and I drove to the other side of the farm to check on the cattle that are now out.  We noticed they have already broken the fence near the new gateway so T will have to mend that tonight when he gets back otherwise the cattle could get out into our neighbour's fields.  Other than that they looked well settled and glad to be out.

We then went for a meander in the wood close by.  This had been open to the public but it was abused with drug dealing, raves, break-ins and dangerous driving,  so the owner has now limited the access to the locals and their dogs and has made the carpark very small.  Such a shame that a few people can spoil things for everyone else but nature benefits!
