Diamond Jubilee weekend begins

Late to bed last night after putting together my 'best of British' playlist. Hundreds of quality tunes selected, covering decades, Beatles to bee gees, blur to oasis, Dame Shirley to Sir Tom..9 hours of tunes for Sunday!

Last day at work until 11th and looking forward to a break and getting loads done at 49. Good day at work and mrs hammo met us for lunch at tonic. Also had a v expensive visit to the cheese shop, got 3 wedges of top cheese for Sunday, to go with my borough market conte cheese.

Home and matt and Greg had made a start of putting the marquee up. Finished that and hope it doesn't blow away now the weather has changed!

Off to sainos, big shop and lots of goodies. Home by 8.30pm, tea, Rioja and a couple of fab jubilee programmes to watch. Chin chin and raise your glasses
