Laid back kinda day

Well, not really, but a more relaxed evening in this Brechin stint that has been the case the last few weeks. After driving up from Edinburgh I actually found out it was a local holiday in Brechin, but the partners and my boss were working, and I had plenty to get on with. That seems to be going well, and I'm getting more involved in 'stuff'.

Then instead of heading out wildlife hunting or whatever I just headed straight to my brother's place in Aberdeen, had a decent, quick meal, and managed a couple of hours out on the bike, which I was bake to bring because unlike the last couple of weeks with a hire car, I've borrowed George's car, complete with roof bars I can put the bike carrier on. That was a nostalgia driven few miles, including the visit in the pic to my 'alma mater'.

Then back juuuuust in time for a couple of beers and Game of Thrones. So aye, not a bad day all in all, even if I'm still away from home, tomorrow the nostalgia continues, heading to a uni mate's house in Stonehaven to be fed. Hurrah!
