Attack of the 50ft Dog

Apparently dogs need mental as well as physical stimulation to wear themselves out. Having had a non-stop day of both I can certainly testify that it works. To the extent that my brain is not entirely functioning so I can't quite remember what has actually happened.

The main thing though was Jackson's MRI. I went in with him and it was all quite fascinating. I must go and do some research on how it all works. They said it would be very noisy and gave us both ear plugs but it was really not the type of noise I expected. Mostly I felt like we were in some sort of experimental jazz / techno / thrash metal club. No immediate results of course and hopefully we won't hear anything before his follow-up appointment in June.

Interesting discovery seemed to be a small hint of superstition from rational boy who instinctively crossed his fingers when it started. Though mainly tappy fingers boy kept himself distracted tapping along to the rhythms of the machine.
