Fairy Glen

"Not such fun down the Fairy Glen today Poppy."

"No Bud, no lovely, smelly, treacly, squelchy MUD. No fun at all Bud"

I enjoyed it, the walk was very peaceful, not a soul around, apart from a very friendly German couple who witnessed the dogs having one of their chasing sessions in and out of the water and trees. "They are dangerous dogs?" I was asked as I was desperately calling them back as they both hurtled  towards the couple to say hello. "No, not dangerous, just very wet!" (They were typical Germans dressed in very expensive, smart trousers and jackets) I was so pleased it wasn't muddy as the dogs would have presented that danger as well, wet dog was bad enough.
