Mootie Wilson's

It's been a windy day, some sunshine thrown in but mostly cloudy and cold.

I slept a bit longer than planned, most have been last night catching up with me :)  I finally got going and and headed to Scalloway to meet up with Brian, had a cuppa with his mam and dad before heading north to buy a trailer.  We got to the house in North Roe and were welcomed in straight away by a lovely couple, Bob and Sharon.  After a cuppa with them, purchased the trailer and on our way we went.  My grand aunt Joan and uncle Magnie also live in North Roe, so off we went for a cuppa along them too and a long chat :)
Looks like it's going to be a quiet night in by the fire with the telly and a few walks with Sammy :)

North Roe is a beautiful part of Shetland and the most northerly village on the mainland.  While Sammy was playing with Bob and Sharon's dogs, it gave me a chance to snap a few photos :)  Mootie Wilson lives next door to them, she has a traditional Shetland croft house and still using peats, my kind of house and a wonderful view too :)  Taken at Burravoe, North Roe.
