A Different Robin

It's a line I've heard many times before. "I'm tired of my clothes!" "I always wear the same things!" "I need to go shopping."

I may even use the line myself. "Every week...it's my church pants and a dress shirt. Every week."

I Think a Mother Robin is no different. "Every day...it's the red breast! Always the red breast! And...why do they call it red? Are they color-blind? IT'S ORANGE PEOPLE! IT'S ORANGE!"

She opened up much more than I thought she ever could. "A little color Tim...could you give me a little color? And...how about a nice Sun pin for my orange breast? Could you do that for me? And...one more thing...I've always wanted to wear a hat. I always get SOOOO jealous at Easter time. A hat, Tim...maybe something with a nautical theme. Don't tell anybody...but I've always wished I was a shorebird."
