Once in a lifetime experience

Today we joined #2 daughter and family for a few days at Center Parcs. Though I didn't think such a place was our scene, I came prepared to embrace the new experience. I wanted to help with the boys and spend time with them and it was really nice of her to ask us. I hate crowded places and this blip shows only part of the area we left the pushchairs in to take the boys swimming. They loved it and we had fun in the pool. The house is nice, but there is something spooky and weird about being closed in by forest and having to ride round and round roads on our bikes or walk with masses of houses all the same. Cars are not allowed apart from service vehicles and cars to drop luggage. Only the pool comes in the price and every other activity costs lots. I can see the attraction for city people but at home the kids can play in the wood behind our house and the pool in the village costs £4. It feels I'm in a Stepford Wives life or the Truman Show. I'm sure lots of blippers like it and I'm sorry I don't.
