Be-suited

But not booted. I'd seen a picture of my friend Barbara's natty suit for her wee dog on Facebook, but I hadn't realised just how cute it was until she got dressed up to go out for her walk today.

Here she's in Barbara and Arthur's back garden - which is completely snowbound (literally about three feet of snow packed hard), but has some pathways dug out to give Bella some running around space.

We're spending today and most of tomorrow with Barbara and Arthur before we fly back. It's always good to catch up with old friends or - in the case of Arthur and Alf who haven't met before - to make new ones. After we'd been for brunch in Watertown, Barbara drove us around some of my old haunts from 1998.

We started today in a hotel.
