A Faulty Window
At the beginning of our building project I had three window frames, which had not been used, together with the matching double-glazing panels. I had bought these intending to do this part of the job myself, but due to bad health had never got round to it. Our builder decided that it would be sensible to use these, but it became immediately apparent, once fitted, that the sealing on all of the double-glazed panels had leaked, letting moisture enter the cavity between the glass sheets. This picture was taken through one of these windows and shows the poor quality of vision that they provide. New glazing panels are currently on order and will be fitted in place of the existing ones, as soon as the new ones arrive.
Today's picture, one year ago, shows what we believe is the same pheasant as that which is in the very centre of the very blurry picture above.
