Water Damage

Immediately prior to work commencing by our current builder, we had a significant water leak from the overflow pipe of our loft tank, just above this lathe and plaster ceiling.  Water leaked from the tank gland for the overflow and ran along the outside of the overflow pipe dripping furiously onto the plaster of the ceiling at the end of this room.  The result of this was that a fairly large part of the ceiling came down.  Today’s picture is of this damage, taken before it will be plastered tomorrow, along with other plasterwork being conducted by our builder.
