Mere House

Mere House opens on just 2 days in the Spring for visitors to admire the snowdrops and  have tea and cake on the lawn.

It was sunny this morning while I marshalled the runners and the traffic for the Tunbridge Wells Half Marathon which goes through my village.  However by lunch time it was grey and miserable.  Mere House opened at 2,  I managed a quick tour before the rain started. It was windy so no good for any close-ups and definitely not the weather for tea and cake on the lawn.
