Basket of Begonia!

I know that this Blip isn't very exciting, but I just had to show this!

I cannot even come up with a "proper" adjective to describe tuber Begonias. I have seen so many colors that just take my breath away. The plant presents two kinds of flowers....one as complex as the most beautiful rose, and another than is as simple as an impatiens.

While browsing through hanging baskets at the local market a couple of days ago, I saw this basket and knew it was planted just for me! The red color is so incredible; it isn't a bright red, but a bold, deep dark red.

I am happy to have four baskets of flowers now hanging on the porch, along with the Hummingbird feeder. Now my porch flowers are complete! I have, however, decided I am going to look into getting some more tuber Begonias....I think they are becoming a favorite!
