getting there
It was 10.5°c when I drove over to Burntisland this afternoon, and that was without any sunshine.
14°c on the Moray Firth, 150 miles north of here. It has its own wee micro-climate, mind you.
Back in October I planted a bunch of bulbs in pots and left them in the greenhouse for the winter, curious to know if they'd flower sooner than the ones I planted outside at the same time.
Well, the crocus have sprouted and look ready to flower soon. That's excellent. One of the outside crocus has flowered already.
Don't you just love gardening?
