Courting Buzzards

My wife Lisa was going off to do some "girl stuff" with our neighbor, so I was heading to the gulf. Since tomorrow is her birthday, I asked..."Honey, what do you want me to take a picture of today...something just for you?"

"How about finding me some buzzard love...can you do that?"

I thought it was a strange request, but I took off...and now I was on a mission.

WOO-HOO! Buzzards I did find, and these two were snuggling, nuzzling, and cuddling. Mission accomplished, and, boy...did I feel proud!!

Since my blip was in the bag, the rest of the day was anti-climatic. But, I did get some nice color at the garden center, and some good birds at the boat launch.
