Tongue and Shadows

I went to a local city today (Sarasota) to buy a ticket to see my Detroit Tigers play baseball in March. The Baltimore Orioles play their spring ball in Sarasota. Then, I took the long way home.

I took a walk over a long bridge. Nice that they have both pedestrian and bike lanes on both sides of the bridge, and that people use them.

Then, I hit a new pier, an ocean beach, and my fish market. The tongued one was at the ocean. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it is a plover.

It wasn't my favorite picture of the day, but who wants to see sleeping old people in their beach chairs?
