Lemon Cupcakes

I absolutely love lemon cake and so decided to make these lemon cupcakes today... much to James's disappointment! After all in James's view, if it's not chocolate cake it's not worth eating!

Anyway everyone else in my household seemed to enjoy them, as did I!
