Queues!

Today I spent an awful lot of time, waiting in queues!

Amy had a follow up appointment at St Georges... it took a hour and 20 minutes to get there (should take 30 minutes), then when we arrived we queued for her to have her dressing taken off by a nurse, then we queued for her to have an X-ray, then we queued for her to see the consultant, and then finally we had to queue to see the same nurse as before, so that she could re-dress Amy's finger. Got Amy to school just before lunchtime... and we've got to do it all agin next Monday!

Decided to pop into Sainbury's after I had dropped her off, to get some lunch. Bought a pineapple... plan was to have some after lunch, but then decided it needed a bit more ripening. Luckily sunshine is forecast all this week, so it's currently on the kitchen window sill... waiting!
