A Super Fruit

Preparing a fruit salad for Amy and James this evening, I couldn't help but marvel at the colours that Mother Nature puts together.

Blueberries for example... a gorgeous frosty blue/purple on the outside and then when you cut them open, there's a wonderfully subtle, almost clear, mint green. A perfect colour combination if ever I've seen one!
