'Forton Services' by Dorothy

Here's a coincidence: yesterday, I mentioned that one of the Kraftwerk seminars at the conference was called 'Nostalgia For The Modern. Re-Imagining the Past Futures in the Concept of Kraftwerk' and then, today, this arrived!

If you don't recognise it, the picture is a stylised image of Forton Services (which I posted about here a while back). It's part of the 'Lost Destinations' series by a company called Dorothy.

I don't know whether my childhood passion for science fiction leads me to love this kind of retro-futurist stuff and I certainly don't think that an enjoyment of retro-futurism led me to loving Kraftwerk: it's all just kind of come together!
