After the snow

comes the fog and the weird light of the sun trying to break through.

This is our golf course which was totally unplayable today with three inches of frozen lying snow, but undeterred two gentlemen went out to play! Needless to say the greenskeeper was not very happy, but it was not long before they lost their little white ball.

How do I know all this? Sitting in the clubhouse chatting and having a coffee and wondering how long before we could sensibly play golf without damaging the course!
