Fit to play!

Last visit to the specialist today, knees pronounced good as new!

The sat nav led us a merry dance in Leeds on the way to the clinic, the post code took us round and round in circles and we had to put the street name in before we could get off the main loop road! It was the middle of the rush hour and everyone was impatient - glad to get back to the odd tractor and cyclist which is the norm round here!

Anyhow its back to the gym and the practice ground for me now, the ironing and accounts can wait!!
