Soggy Dog

Met a parent of 3 children I taught at Primary School at today's Park Run. Having taken up running she has lost a lot of weight and looked fantastic. No chance of staying with her as she quickly vanished into the distance.

Now down to one son as Thomas is now in the French Alps with a group of friends to celebrate a 21st birthday.

Out for a dog walk in muddy conditions. The solution was to play fetch in a local stream. Having thrown a small stick he missed it in the water, grabbed a branch on the other bank and wrestled it into the water. This was twice the size of the one I had thrown!

This is Jet waiting for the next retrieve just after he had given me an icy shower as he emerged from the stream.
