Another year done

So it's the end of 2014 already - it's flown! I always remember my dad telling me that the older you get the faster the time goes and thinking it was impossible - but maybe not!

A full three years of blipping which I never thought I would achieve. There have been lots of bad blips, lots of desperate blips, and times I have felt like I couldn't carry on, but I have persevered, and no doubt I will be back again tomorrow. Thank you to those of you who have stuck with me this year, apologies for my lack of comments, it's not deliberate. The journals on here are great and I am going to try and make a bit more time to catch up with them.

At the beginning of the year I pinched an idea from somebody I know of keeping a box of memories for the year. It was supposed to be a family thing but it seems that, with the exception of a few notes from Lottie, there is only me who has bothered. We have emptied it tonight and read them all, and it has reminded me how lucky I am, and how good a year it has been.

Here's hoping that 2015 is a good one - for us and for each and every one of you x
