Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas
Twas the night before Christmas .. and nothing stirred .. not even a Grebe!
We went for a wander around Freiston Shore today. It was a glorious day, and it was good to blow some cobwebs away.
There was quite a lot to see down there. Loads of Little Grebes, the odd Curlew, then usual winter wildfowl, Brent Geese, a flock of Redwings and Blackbirds by the dozen.
It was good to have a bit of the old photo mojo back, which when it comes to wildlife photography, has been lacking of late.
We are all gearing up for tomorrow, we are up early and off around Dawn's sisters for Christmas dinner. Really can't wait!
This evening we went out the back garden to watch the International Space Station go over ... or was it Santa on his sleigh. Social media was just magic ... most of my time-lines were outside watching a small white dot pass over. For one minute it Santa was real! ;o)
