The Joy Of Christmas Day

This is what Christmas Day is all about .. eating chocolate before breakfast .. and the joy of it being in the shape of Santa and with your name on it!

As promised we were up early and off to Gosberton by half past eight. We think Grandpa was a little over-excited to see the grand children opening their presents! ;o)

We had an absolutely wonderful day watching the kids opening their presents, which they were in no particular rush to do. Me and Dawn exchanged our gifts. I got more duck related items, a new long sleeved T shirt, smellies, sweeties, socks and the Touchstone DVD. I had a load of Doctor Who goodies of the in-laws, they know me well!

After a lovely Christmas dinner it was time to sink slowly into a relaxed stupor on the sofa and just chill out in front of the tele.

A wonderful family day, and it was nice to spend it in Lincolnshire after having to sacrifice it for working at Marks & Spencer the past couple of years.

Christmas 2014 is done, there's still much to eat and drink tho!
