Christmas Ham.........done!

That's it, the last job of Christmas Eve finished......and relax!

The house smells soooo Christmassy now, having basted this ham with Madeira wine, honey, cider vinegar and Demerara sugar, once I'd studded it with cloves of course!

All the peeling is done for tomorrow, just got the table to lay, and those presents to bring down in the morning and we are all set!

Now for a well earned sit down me thinks!
