Went out to buy..

a biro refill, came back with 2 pair of shorts, 1 red, 1 black, a pair of crop trousers in navy, a new throw for our bed, and the biro refill. The refill cost 1.15 euro, the rest cost 131.50 euros, then there was lunch!!

Spinning this morning, did an hour and we didn't have the air con on, just the small windows open, ended up with a pool of water (sweat) round my bike.
