Variations on a theme..

A Jamie Oliver recipe, it's supposed to be sea basss, but this is sea bream, just as tasty. Done in the oven on a bed of sliced potatoes, carrots, peppers, mushroom, tomatoes and herbs with plenty of lemon juice, pepper, salt and garlic, lovely.
