Two for the Price of One

What could be a nicer start to a Monday than entertaining two globe trotting blippers at the same time.; two for the price of one, one could say.

Barrioboyand Digitaldaze were in town with his Mama, and came a-calling this morning whilst they are in the midst of their whirlwind of Scottish activity.

It was lovely to see Bb and Dd and meet the Matriarch with the interesting life story, and it's some story! It was so good to meet you Jean.

His Lordship was more than happy to come out of his room for the occasion, and joined us in our blip talk, and tales of exotic places ranging from Paisley to Sao Paulo with stops at Largs, Pitlochry, Kirkcaldy, Glenrothes, Anstruther, Barcelona and Rio.
It was like skimming through a holiday brochure- well except for Paisley and Glenrothes..

His Lordship was particularly glad to be proffered a piece of my gingerbread which I had been guarding for days, lest he discover it and consume it all; it has been known.
He maintains the only time he is allowed to eat cake is when we have visitors.
I regret to say that could possibly be true and only because it's probably the only time we have cake.

Now after a lovely morning of sun, we have yet more rain and I feel bad having persuaded my friend o.m.ts. to walk across the Meadows to me for our weekly rendezvous, so that I can be at home for a delivery of printers ink which I ordered last Friday for next day delivery. You can do the maths.
If Fed Ex don't deliver on a Saturday ( or a Sunday), then they shouldn't charge for a next day delivery.

Now to turn on the central heating so that we don't get hypothermic. Glorious May!
