Wednesday: K.'s Birthday!

Today it is my lovely K.'s birthday!  The poor little tinker has only had a couple of cards because our mail only arrives once a week, usually on a Wednesday.  This week it is a day late and won't be arriving until tomorrow - her presents are in the mail too so we will have to make this year's birthday last a little longer.......

But we went out for a lovely meal tonight to a great restaurant where we had, amongst other things, pasta flavoured with green tea and gnocchi dumplings in a tuna cream sauce. That, and a delicious bottle of Istrian Merlot.
