Scarista Beach, Harris

I spent the morning poking around some of the northern areas of Skye before heading across to Harris in the afternoon. On arrival at the hotel met up with the other people on the course, who seem like a nice bunch. Different backgrounds so makes a good balanced group.

Slightly unexpectedly we headed out for the evening to one of the beaches towards the south of the island. A glorious sunset, but the soft light pointing up the cost made for much better images. Shooting through till about 11pm when it was difficult to still see, but the camera could pick things up with long exposures - though this shot was taken earlier in the evening.
