what a gate day...

was home by 1am, and had a horlicks whilst i downloaded my pics. slept in then til 9am and up and out by 10am to pick up my dj equipment.

Marco (my joiner) was working at 49, so didn't go there to work today, let him get on with it. he'll have done all upstairs by tomorrow, ready for me to paint.

back to mine, and today i needed to press on with project gate. took me as long to scrape it clean as it did for me to saw through a 90 year old bolt! when the final saw through moment came, i celebrated with a well earned cuppa! sun was warm too, and i exchanged my t-shirt for vest top (no one could see me! thankfully..). plenty of sunshine will help me avoid the rickets!

did the base primer on the gate, and then attempted the lawn mow (4 weeks with full rain, this was never going to be easy!). i mustve emptied the mower 25 times, and finally done after a long long time!

call from greg and he's bruised his ankle playing footy, so i deliver crutches to him. then, home and it's wine o clock...finally. a good and tiring day
