The journey continues...

I love red cups!

Today the classes at the fundadores, the first school, finished earlier than usual. It was their day of sports but Charlie who usually takes it didn't turn up leaving us without the sports equipment. One of the boys managed to find a football and so all the kids ended up playing football but it was such a hot day and so they were all exhausted sitting in the shade after about 15mins. Oscar disappeared and we weren't really doing very much so we decided to play 'duck duck goose' or 'pato pato ganso'. After the kids picked the game up and understood how to play it, it went down really well and we spent a good half an hour or so playing this.

Afterwards I headed into town with Sarah and since we finished early we went to the beach for a few hours to chill. We even managed to get a great lunch there for just over £1, unreal! I got a mini tour of the centre today from Sarah. She knows her way around really well whereas I'm pretty useless. It's far too complicated when the streets are only numbers and don't have names! I did manage to navigate myself around the market stalls and finally got myself a phone and chip so I'm now contactable :)

Later we went to Oasis for the afternoon classes. The picture shows a little into how it's like there. It's pretty normal to see a few pigs like the ones above trotting through the roads, so random.

Later that night after the quiz I dangerously began a game of flip cup. I was surprisingly good, although I have to thank Alina for that since she's the one that introduced me to the game. I was playing with the 2 Canadian guys from my room, the 2 Lee's, Jay and Daniella. It was such a fun night but the game aswell as the few beers I took during the quiz meant I got drunk rather quickly, but so did everyone else so it was all fun. Before I knew it it had reached 4 in the morning and I could barely keep my eyes open so off to bed it was for me, not looking forward to the early start in the morning!
