....to watch Edinburgh play all the rugby but have their Euro ambitions squeezed and kicked out of them by a strong Ulster scrum and the boot of Ruan Pienaar. I thought Greig Laidlaw was brilliant; shades of uncle Roy. Well done coach Bradley for approaching the game so positively, it's what rugby should be about. Good to spend part of the game with Audrey, Archie and Derek.

Earlier, I joined Stig and Nancy at the school for the Spring Clean; painting duty for us. Thence to guitar lessons for Stiggy before heading back to collect mum.

Later, Stig went for a sleep-over with Ethan, so Nancy and I went out for a bite to eat in Broughton Street and then joined Pete for a late night in The Bongo Club, with Abi on the decks.
