An elusive woodpecker

I am always pleased when this fellow shows up for a photo opp. Today he is showing you his profile again and also a bit of the red belly from which he gets his name.

I haven't had much time for commenting for the last two days because I have been trying to figure out why my calendars won't sync on my iPad, iMac, and Droid phone. It has necessitated quite a lot of fiddling around with settings on all three devices. Not as much fun as commenting on all your wonderful blips, but helpful if I want to find myself in the right place at the right time. Isn't technology supposed to make life easier?
