Apples

Today I am making a sour dough cake using apples and currants.
A friend from Church, Anita, gave the recipe and a portion of the dough to Lynn and she gave some to me.
Some of you might have heard of this recipe where you stir it for several days and periodically add a cup of flour, sugar and milk.The cake is called Hermon.
The apples looked so beautiful and shiny so I decided to blip them.
I am blipping early because our PC is going through an unpredictable phase and might not turn on later.
