Running the easting down

Start of an adventure! Sailing down the Blackwater from Heybridge to Bradwell for a weekend's sailing with A.
Put a reef in before I started as it was a little blowy and I was on my own. At this point the only progress being made was courtesy of the tide, the wind having dropped to nothing, so just after this pic was taken I shook the reef out.
Needless to say the wind came 10mins later and by the time I got to Bradwell Creek I was seriously over canvassed.
Ne'er mind got it all down, engine started and motored in to the mooring just as the rain started, which was good as it washed the salt off the varnish and the oilies!
