Birds of a Feather

In a walk around the yard and garden, this feather was discovered. I'm pretty bad at identifying feathers, so I looked up feather identification for some help. The closest I could determine it may be an eastern screech owl. Maybe a future blip down the road, if I could ever spot one of those camouflaged beauties.

Other than a quick walk around, it's been a stay inside day today. A possible nor'easter may be going up the Atlantic coast and possible rain, wind & snow for the eastern seaboard. Even as far inland as we are, we can feel the effects of these storms. Boo hiss on this weather :)
