Black Bob

I had no idea what to blip about today. I did not plan on going out so there wasn't even the prospect of a fine view, which I could have found here in Shetland, and also because it's not raining now!
But as I was tidying up my office/creative room, I found a book I forgot I had. It's a copy of the Dandy & Beano "The Golden Years" and has some age to it. (Maybe that's why I so readily appreciated it's value! lol
The page I chose to blip shows Black Bob coming to the rescue once again. A fantastic dog who seemed unafraid of anything and could chase large wild beasts and keep people out of other dangers or rescue them from certain death.
Whether you're a Dandy or beano fan I hope you will like to see this little snap shot of days gone by, when pocket money could buy a comic, a bar of chocolate and maybe some bubblegum too!!
