Now That's Devotion!
I wasn't sure what my blip would be about today. I had to give some blood samples at midday then it was off to look at new grazing for the sheep. I didn't take my camera because the rain was literally dancing off the ground and it was also misty.
Oh boy! Did I wish I'd taken it. Hubster and I were at an old croft house where the woman stays who has the land and there was just so much stuff lying around that was begging to be photographed. Even an adorable little black and white lamb about two days old!
However, I didn't have the camera so it was too bad.
We came home and were very hungry so I stuck something in the oven and went round the house with the camera round my neck for a while!
I finished up in the utility/plant nursery and saw this tiny shoot of a plant that Hubster has been nursing, even though he thought it was dead! Now I'm not a plant person and I don't really get the horticultural highs that he does! But I just have to say how proud I am of him because he nurtures the garden and the smallest of shoots (in the above case nothing but bare soil for a while!) until he gets some life going in them.
Last year our little garden was just beautiful and if these rains would stop I just know he'll make an even better garden for us this year.
So today's blip is just to let the world know how much I respect the work my hubby does to make things grow and create beauty in the garden.
